9 pin deutsch plug

Could someone please tell me if there is a wiring difference between a 9 pin deutsch plug diagnostic connector with a centre pin lug and one without

yes the one without the lug and all same size pins is for caterpillar. The non-cat 9 pin connector has the lug on center pin and also 2 of the pins are smaller than the rest.

Is the pin wiring the same on both plugs

no its different. As soon as i get one other project done i'll upload the pinouts unless someone else here has one they can check.
