Civic 93C76 Odometer

Honda Civic -93c76 made in Canada December 2008, need to find out the store lines and the bytes to be change. Tachosoft?s Mileage Calculator is not matching the real miles (21,221). Need to bring down to around 13,100 miles. Attached is the genuine bin files for this car.
Anyone help will be appreciated.

I appreciated your help but the dump file didn't work, miles are not showing out in the odometer, neither trip A or B
