problem with rosfar

Hi guys I tryied to read a cas3 white box from a 325, with a rostar clone blue from ecutool, and it show a massage that said to check yellow and red wire, I tryied many times but I does not want to comunicate!

I conect it like the manual, change the coaxial cables but imposible to read!

Any ideas please help me!

I have the same problem trying to read CAS3 unit, error message complains about the purple and black (coax) cables, tried with another CAS module same error...

Any advice or solutions on getting this working please??
