The Nokia X3 has SL3 protection. As such it's going to be hard to get it unlocked.

It is possible...but it is going to cost more than your average phone. ?35 per phone based on the X3. Have a read here (http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/Unlocking/unlock/nokiabb5sl3.htm), this is a trusted site & supplies most of the phone shops in the country with equipment.
