what does the usb-upa programmer come with in the way of cables and such? does it come with the cables to that i can solder on the board? and the pomana clip or w/e its called? also can it be used with sucured mcus if u cut pins? after u cut pins do u have to re-solder them? thanks for the help surched a little bit on the fourm but dident find all the answers to my questions

no leads, you hav 2 make em yourself
no secured mcus
obviosly you hav 2 resolder pins

with exeption of a few but you must knw the security bytes

are there any diagrams out there on how to build your own cables?

You dont need to build cables.
Upa has a pdf that shows to you how you must connect all the wires to be able to read the eprom or MCU.
In the pdf also tells the pins you must lift.
Upa is a very good tool for the price, almost all mates here in DK have one.
