Hi guys, nice job on the new forum layout, it's great for when you want to find something very specific.

I like to look at all the new posts in the garage section each day. Before I had to go to 3 different areas but now I have to go to 25 different areas.

Would it be possible to have the parent trees displaying the new posts in the branches under them?
Make it read only so it didn't mess the new lay out up.

I think that this would make daily browsing a bit easier.

Thanks for your time chaps :)

This has been discussed in another suggestion thread called The Garage.

Great request and I can understand your frustration.

At the right side of every forum, there are four icons in a square.

http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/images/styles/digital/misc/sm_newthread.gif - Post New Thread in that section
http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/images/styles/digital/misc/sm_subscribe.gif - Subscribe to threads in that section
http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/images/styles/digital/misc/rss.gif - Subscribe to RSS Feeds in that section
http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/images/styles/digital/misc/sm_search.gif - New Topics in that section

Now the one I would like to draw your attention to is that New Topics in that section. This link shows you the new threads/posts in the forum. Granted this is not 100% what you want but it does show the new threads in each specific forum.

I've now added an icon to the right of each parent forum which will show you all new threads/posts in that parent forum, i.e. The Garage, Satellite, Cable, General Discussion, etc.

I hope this is what you're looking for. If not, let me know and I'll try again. :)

Cheers
