few posts before this one I have similar troubles..my box was defected..I was abl to code keys but no way to reset box/ecu to factory setings..so search for my post and you will find nice and easy solution inside imobox..

Is there an explanation on DK-a for immo off solution within immo boxes(hc05 into), but no one cared to, but are looking for solutions for immo off within ecu.I send to if you like.Regards from Cazin.
