Hi, im new here so I hope this is the right section :boxing:
I have a small problem , I dont know what went wrong but I pluged in the interface on my car and then I smelt it burning . It was fine this morning when I reset the fault codes and all I wanted to do was to record some live data while driving . Long story short it looks like one of the diodes and a capacitor burnt out http://opcom.freeforums.org/images/smilies/icon_cry.gif . I got the values of the capacitor and replaced it with a 10uf 20v one , I then tested the unit in the car but it doesnt seem to work. I can hear the relay clicking and it does complete the interface test.
Any Ideas guys ?
