i think you must desolder it and use a programmer.

Find testpoints on pcb and read it incircuit. For me it worked.

hi guys
the best way to read 95640 is u solder some wires on the back of the ecu board and read it :)

pin 7 and 8 must be soldered to ic chip 7 and 8 it work great every time
