hi guys is there any link on a easy way and safe way to do this?
also does it matter if a phons pay as you go or contract?

It will yes, but you should back up your SHSH files before jailbreaking it. Just in case you need to revert back at any time. And there are plenty of tuts on adding cydia if you dont get it added automatically.

thank you can you help me do i need a 9.0.3 itunes or is 9.2 working now?
if i back up my iphone can i later restor it as it is now on 3.1.3? 3gs ?

Yes its wise to back them up before jailbreaking. And stick with the itunes you have, I believe the newest itunes removes the jailbreak.
