technomate loader and sound issue

Hi I have hunted through the posts etc and cant find the answer.

i am using a technomate 6900 super combo and have scanned astra 28 for hd chanels etc they work fine with picture and sound. but when i use technomate loader to put the channels into favourites etc and put it back onto technomate the sound dissapears but still have a picture this only happens on HD.

I have tried changing audio to pcm with no joy, when i re scan i get the chanels back with audio and picture but as soon as i move them into favourites the sound goes again?? its prob something simple but cant work it out.

any help would be much appreciated
