Hi, i've a Starview USB which has lost about half its channels including some freeview ones. It will not pick up anymore when re-scanning. It's funny that it only seems to be the USB box that has a problem. Does anyone know if there is a software download which will fix this?

Thanks

starview 5 needs 2.03, in download section. but if you can i would get a refund, if you try to get refund then dont load firmware a it will void warranty. reason i am saying send back is encryption is about to change rendering these boxes no good apart from channels 1 to 5.
