Is possible to virgin this used ECU to use on another car?

I'm trying to read this ME9.7 with BDM100 clone, but I get the message:

"CMD ? Technologies srl - MPCProg
Ver. 3.1.0.1255 Dongle ID: 192 Date: 8/7/2010 03:44:33
Firmware Revision V.01 SN: 0258
ECU Communication Error
+12Vcc power error or Communication error"

I made the connections as described on pages 40,41,42 of manual and using power supply only to ECU(with 220AC->12DC transformer).

Can someone help me?

Xprog-m read it via bdm .
For test - please download program and install it to pc , select mpc and in left side is show connection diagram
