service could not be found

I've just got my dreambox 500s today and i've manged to get all fta sky channels with my sky dish however I falter at "now press the blue button on your remote and the use the right arrow button to set cccam 2.1.3 as your default cam and then press ok to save" when i press the blue button i get "service could not be found" anybody had a similar issue and resolved it?

I'm using nabilo darkstar II image because thats the image used in a tutorial I'm following can anybody help me?

I've now solved this issue by re-flashing my dreambox
