Help with odometer correction on Fiat Punto with digimaster 2?

Hi, i am trying to do odometer correction on a 2001 Y reg Fiat Punto, but finding it very difficult on how to do it. Not sure which fiat punto option to pick on digimaster. I think it is Punto (MCU)

I am trying to do the correction by using Punto (MCU) option, but do not understand how to do the wiring.

Could some please help? Have i chosen the right option and any guidance on how to do it?

Post a picture with pcb front side or tell us if the dash is with 908 mcu or eeprom 95xxx.
