VW jetta how to disable fap?

hello anybody have some idea how to disable fap from this ecu?
It can be done by scan tool or make some mod on flash?

SORRY NOT TRYING TO REMOVE FAP, I MADE MISTAKE, I WANT TO REMOVE CATALYTIC CONVERTER FAULTS, because i removed it to get more performance.
