Reading Siemens 24 416 703 DL

I'm trying to clean crash data with UPA from Siemens 24 416 703 DL, MC68HC908AZ32A inside, but it gives me an error: Frame error - PTA0(pin 2) is 0,05 V!
Help needed! Thanks!

make sure that all your connections are showing as green and change the baud rate up and down when trying each time also while checking the connections remain green

I lifted PTA0 pin but now the programmer said : Device not responding! all connections green!
