Smart Roadster recalibrate rpm counter and speed dials.

I am tuning a Smart Roadster and need some new dials. The new engine is going to rev 8500 rpm before it changes gear.

If i get new dials with a scale that shows 9000rpm where it normaly shows 7000rpm, is it possible to recalibrate the rev counter so it shows the rpm correct?

Also I want the speed dial to go to 240km/h instead of 200km/h. Same question, how can I make it show the correct speed?

The only thing i can think of is to try and get a dump with this spec or see if there is a converter kit ie like km to miles converter.
