Hey there, first of all what kind of router do you have? and what are you trying to do port forward to? and what ports do u need open?

try to read ur User guide, or search in google, or PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model (http://portforward.com/)

what kind of forwarding to you want static / dynamic ?

check static IP on LAN station too...

The links posted above should really help you.
Don't forget the router isn't the only place where port forwarding needs to be set up. If you've got a firewall (standard windows pre-installed, or third party app) then you may well need to configure this too.

Hi Jani,
Dasteph was spot on. Simple port forwarding takes all the hassle out of it, even if you have done it before.
I have used it for over a year on several routers, and it seems to be good for all but the very latest models.
