is it possible to reflash the two 27c010 (B58530) chips used in these ecu`s . if so with what programmer . i have tried the latest willem which will read the chips but doesnt seem to erase or reprogram them

These are not flash chips if the 27C010 is correct. They are normal old-fashioned eproms. Erase with ultra-violet light.

or buy couple of 29f010 these are replacements for this one, with 29f010 you can read, erase and write how much and when ever you want
