Hi everyone!
If a dashboard electronics (PCB) taken from a Peugeot 307 HDI is mounted onto the same year Peugeot 307 gasoline dials (cluster) and hooked up to its BSI, will the rev and kmh/mph clocks show correct readings?
In other words, since the gasoline and diesel dial scales are different, in what way are the dashboard clocks matched to a particular dials, through the BSI only (the BSI sends an appropriate data which correspond to the dials intended for a particular car) or the dashboard has to be reprogrammed in order to fit?
