:smokin:Did you try Ebay to buy it? It will work with the engines you want to test, if it has a 6 OR 9 PIN connector you can work with it with the right soft. Do a search for the soft you'll find it. hope this helps.

This is a bit older thread, but did you find one? We use the Nexiq USB Link in our shop, and it works with everything but CAT.

WWW.TOOLTOPIA.COM (http://www.TOOLTOPIA.COM) THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST PRICE I GOT THE NEXIQ 125032 WITH THE 6 & 9 PIN FOR $685 WITH 3 YEAR WARRANTY YOU CAN BUY OTHER ONES BUT THIS ONE WORKS WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED YET MACK, CUMMINS, DETROIT, ECT AND NO PROBLEMS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING USED ONE BECAUSE PEOPLE ONLY SELL THEM WHEN THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM HAVE A GOOD ONE

The place I work at is direct with Nexiq, and $685 is a very good price. I think dealer cost is around $650 or so... Thin margins for them.

If these interfaces are rp1210/1210a compliant why do they not work with engine software.I see there list does not include cummins, cat or detroit at least not in what I read.col

For programing I have not tried it, for standard data works great(usb is faster than blue tooth), It does not do duel data with cat but still works great. And the price is nice too, orderd it and it was there the next day. There customer support is a little crappy thou, and it needs to be licenced like software, so there are a couple of downfalls. But i like it, I guess it is your own preferance. And it is the only one you can use with the Int. Service Asst soft. Hope this helps.
