Is there a flashing service in Midlands

Hi Ive got a xbox elite and live in kidderminster. I was wondering if anyone knew of someone in the local area or brierley hill way that would be able the flash my console and how much it would cost. Also if theres a good local repair service as i used to use one in redditch but actually cost me both consoles i took there as he had scratch my boards.
