Mercedes Benz ECU adaptation

A customer lost ECU of w202 mercedes to thieves. car has two keys, EIS, ESL intact. He bought another used ECU (siemens). I was told, i need to virginize ECU and do adaptation using star diag

Can someone please write me the procedure for doing adaptation using star diagnosis. I have star but not know how to do adaptation. I am only locksmith.

first virginise ecu,after coding with star,
you have codenumber from fdok(epc)

Sent you the ecu nember and eeprom, so I will sent you the renew file

SIEMENS MCU
Near the Siemens MCU IS AN EEPROM 24C02A
i read this eeprom, onboard using carprog, it shows FF FF blank..
Is this the correct eeprom to read from, there is no eeprom in the back with 24C02A or Mask.
Do i have to desolder from board this eeprom before it can read

how do i do this... before i can virginize or before i can read eeprom. i have star diagnosis installed in laptop but never used before
