How to Golf V Cluster Needle Light just with ignition?

Hi mates,

i want to code my eeprom new, with a dump wheres the one
bit set, that I dont have to turn on the lights and my needle
is also glowing.

I tried already to set 74 to 71 in line 0x122, with the hexedit,
but it doesnt worked :-(

Are there any other bits to set, or anyone has another idea?

already look for the option, but it has to be corrected in eeprom
