Galletto 1260 doesn't work...

Hi, my Galletto wasnt working for me from the beginning. I want to read out VW edc15 1.9 tdi ALH on the bench. LED is read when I plug it in. The soft shows "USB Device Active".
when I hit the "ECU DATA" Button the text "Data reading" and "start data readaing" apears, but the programm freezes. CPU streess is going from 0% to 81% every 5 sec....
I m only able to close galetto with task manager...
What did I wrong?

Problem with copy :-( and it will stay trying to comms for a long time, if you leave it long enough, it will stop and report error but before this time you cannot cancel it.
Try it with another make/model by obd2. if it still doesnt work, maybe bad lead.. copies arent best made.
