Super Tacho 2009 dont booting up ?

Hello,

My Super Tacho 2009 Handheld is not starting up. When i power on, the display is only showing "booting..." and nothing happend. :(
Anyone have a idea what to do ? Or maybe have dumps from the Flash / EEprom ?

I thought they are all cloned they always just changed the dates on them to make some cash never had the 2009 tool I am sorry some one with better knowledge will help you m8.

..... and its not working !!! inside same as tacho universal motherboard and mainboard the red with some more capasitors on both , same software as tacho universal on same plcc?s ,with a mix of dashcoder software for newer cars. it always bugs and can not do 30% of cars in software.
Its realy a fraud . 2400usd for a not working tacho universal.

The "Tacho200801UpdateKit" is for Tacho Universal 2008-01.
It is not the same.
Tacho Universal = Diga consult Clone
Super Tacho 2009 = Dashcoder Clone (not working correct)

In attach the Flash from my Super Tacho 2009, that is not booting up... the 24C02 EEprom is empty (all FF).
Also there is a Security EEprom "DS28E01" on the CPU board. maybe here is the problem ??

Comparing your dumps with the ones i got and i reply to you ! i have tryed the super tacho with diffrent dumps with no succes to get it work .. I also tried with Edr pauli original dumps in super tacho with no succes.

You know that its 2 totaly diffrent tools... inside .. the boards.
Super tacho is a tacho universal with some adds from edr pauli?s dashcoder in software.

Soon il post pics on difference between super tacho & dashcoder .

Looks in your dump 111 like you have thoe you got "killbox" from EDR PAULI in software and thats why 24c02 chip is empy.

Maybe you can downgrade your box to a tacho universal then it will work

Her some detail pictures of my (non working) Super Tacho. on the upper side of my CPU Board it is soldered a DS28E01 Chip (this is position IC3).
On the original DIGA CONSULT is at this position a chip for the serial number (used for copy protection). The Tacho Universal clone have instead of this chip a little PIC Chip (at position ICA at bottom) to emulate the serial number for soft. Some of latest Clone-Firmwares are patched an dont need any serial number....

What i want to know is, if other Super Tacho 2009 also have this DS28E01 inside (and no PIC Chip) ???

I seems that your brain have not checked that we are NOT talking about the DIGA consult & their clones. So please stop posting something about the tacho universal 2007, 2008, v2009, v2010, 2011+, 2012 or what ever the chinese name for the DIGA Clone is.
What shouldi do with a pdf with pictures of the flash's and eepoms ? Make a print on paper, cout it out and put it into the PLCC32 Sockets of the CPU board (also for the DIGA Clone) ??? I need the complete working firmware FOR SUPER TACHO 2009 Unit.

Seems nobody does have some experiance,as many poeple were prevent from theyr suppliers to buy this clone,so not too much poeple have this clone.

Does anybody have read out some eproms from an super 2009 Tacho...with all needet Eprom/Flash so eddie could try to fix his one...can anybody please post some pics of his clone from all PCB`s to check if same components are on PCB,or how its done.

i have done some research into your problem mate, im afraid the only person that can help you is your supplier
maybe he can email you the dumps?

the machine is known for failing, it is a clone of diga with minor adjustments, personally i would wait until some1 has proper solution

i have also ask the supplier for dumps or for new programmed parts, but he want give me. And i dont want send it back for repair, i will spend no money for repairing this shit.

in the meantime i have also tested somthing. maybe the dumps of the flash are good and the only problem is the DS28E01 Chip. I have modded the dumps of the flash so that i can get connection by RS232 & Terminal to the Bios and DOS Filesystem, stop booting and so on...
I see that the boot hang up by executing CHKDSK.EXE. If i desolder the DS28E01 Chip, the CHKDSK.EXE was terminated and i get the Dos Promt.

For experts of this 386EX cards: Any idea how to copy the Filesystem to PC ? (or extract it from Dumps)

You need a utilty mate to copy the files to PC

Need to map the drive then you can copy the file from box to PC vice versa

you can download the utilty in taskit website and load in your box (I think file name is RDRIVE.exe & RMCWD.exe) Sorry I canot remember the exact file name

My question is how did you modify the dumps of it to communicate to terminal program?
As I remember I played this thing a long time ago, but not succesful
If you change the bios area on flashdisk to activate the bios and communicate to terminal program, it would erase the bios
you also need to update the correct Dos Shell version to work it run

in 3rd line it tell the software to copy Most.bus to dir A: from Dir C: I cannot find the Directory C from this clone dashcoder and I stuck on this thing

as far as I know this card has 2 directory

Directory A: Flashdisk w/c is 2 square chips(combined 1024 size 512 +512)
Directory B: w/c is the RAM memory
where is Dir C? this is use for external derictory like external Card or use in file transfer if map in PC:

I will search the file that gave by ecutool to me a long time ago I cannot search it on this computer maybe I saved it on my other computer in my home

Yes of course i know the taskit webside. but wow can i map the drive to PC so that i can copy the transfer utility on the flashdisk ?
I also had first the problem with erasing flash if something in the bios is changed. this do the COMMAND.COM, you have to patch it.
Maybe we should talk about it by mail (send me PN)...
