Technomate TM 600 easy switching from dm500s?

hi guys
will it be easy to switich form a dreambox 500 to a Technomate TM 600 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f75/technomate-tm-600-a-146451/) ?

as i unuerstand the techs are not cloned atall, i want to run a sever and keep cccam 2.1.3

Same set up basically, using E1.
You can use most of the tools/plugins etc.

as its not a clone box then it must be worth getting over the dm500, whats tms like in as a server? and the epg any good?
will ddc,proflash6,dreamup work on the tm boxs?
