Virgin Hd or HD+ box
They are the best boxes available at the present time.
Give VM a call and they will be able to sort you out with a box and subscription. probably free installation awsell if you ask nicely.

at the moment no boxes are that good some days they wil work other day they will not .we have to pay for it for the near further so sky or virin is your best opition for now

if you have not loaded software return it, info i have is they are about to get ignored, so no support etc.

if it is possible to put up a mini dish nd go sat cs route, this is tried and tested.
