Tacho Universal Help Need "Sync"

hello ,

i have buyed the universal with update .24.1.2008.
now the programmer shows "sync". the dealer where i buyed give me no answer.
i can?t connect with my pc to update the programmer.
it show first "sync" then "tacho disconnectet".
i tried with many usb to com adapter but it does not work.
i have the green board.
by somewone i read to desolder and change the 24 chip with from one of a pc sd ram?!

can i program new ic 111 and ic112 and 24 chip with new dumps?
