What make/model of car is your radio fitted to?

Is it an after-market Blaupunkt radio?

Sorry mate,
the problem is, your radio is not showing up on the
radio decoder's database.

I'm not sure if code is recoverable by software.

I'm researching this, and will post to thread shortly.

There may well be a number in the format of similar length

SWITCH OFF RADIO
KEEP PUSHING AS-BUTTON WHILE YOU SWITCH ON RADIO UNTIL YOU HEAR A BEEP.
THEN PUT IN THE CODE USING PRESETS 1-4.
WHEN CODE IS RIGHT ON THE DISPLAY PUSH AS-BUTTON AGAIN UNTIL BEEP.
IF THIS DOESNT WORK THEN CHECK FOR ABSENCE OF 12V IGNITION ON RADIO .....

If you can't get past first line, as Fradebo says make sure you have both live feeds to the radio.
