hi mate,

try this...

Go to menu then highlight accessory and on the remote press the numbers "8989" (you will not see the key edit unless you have scanned the box first) you will then see "K*yedit" appear on the right hand side, go to it and press ok and just check that auto update is on if its off just turn it on.

I'll swap you two of my doorstop receivers for your one.

That means you can double your door-stopping capabilties for the price of postage.

If you have...

A broadband connection.
A box that is properly connected to your router by the correct cable. (Are you sure it's not a crossover cable? Is the cable faulty?)
The correct firmware flashed.
A fully operational UK Virgn cable connection. (Can you get BBC1 etc? If you're connected up properly you should get it however the starview server is working. If you can't get it then you're not connected to the cable network.)
You have followed the tutorials properly. (Have you scanned the box for channels before connecting the LAN cable? Is it on Ustream?)

...you will get what you're after.

Good luck.

Is the ustreem set, go to networks then set to ustreem if you have done that then the box has a faulty lan, some boxes don't work on the lan as they should, that's all it can be, if its faulty return it, its a common problem, also you have to have a wireless router or a home plug, it wont work direct from the modem only.

Try this go to network IP setup change to auto then apply then re boot several times, worked for me.
