Service xml

Can anyone show me how to upload RAR files to this Forum please.
I have have Service xml for most UK areas. that my help someone.:idea:

open up new post, go to manage attactments, browse for the rar file on your pc, select it, choose upload when finshed , close the window, submit post

or , on downloads tab above.

choose add

and upload your file to the designated catagory

I have tested North Lanarkshire on mine before the carry on and it was working.

there is any way I upload it and you can check it if is not suitable then you can delete it from the forum.
