READING 68HC05H12 UPA USB PROGRAMMER

i am trying to read a 68HC05H12 in the dashboard of CHEVROLET AVEO, i make all the connections correctly, and read this but in all shows "ffff".
i have listened something about the MHZ is this 4000mhz or 4194mhz?
and something about the "secure code" do i need that for read this mcu?
