What speed is usual for grabit, seem to only get 1000kb/s , where with newsbin I was getting 10mb/s ?

It should max out your connection same as Newsbin mate.

Make sure you have enabled load of threads to increase the spead.

Some use KiloBYTES, some use KiloBITS. so 10mbits IS 1000kBYTES.

remember when you had a 56k modem yet you'd only download at 5.6kb? thats why. the difference between bits and bytes.
