Who is it in mercedes CDI211 bosch 0280

Hi everybody !
In this ECU, I show in picture attachment, in red, there is a bad componant, but there are no references on it.
I have lucky to compare 2 ECU.
What can I take for repair it ?
Transistor are FET, but I don't have much information about it.

Its not a fet its a twin diode for rectifying 90volts from the capacitor to operate the injectors
