2000 PASSAT ECU AND IMMO PROGRAMMING

I have a 2000 Passat 1.8T, 20V and i'm trying to program the ECU and IMMO with a vag-k-can cable from china. I'm using commander 1.4. Is it possible to correct the mileage and to get the immo code with this cable? I can read the model number, part number and soft version but nothing else. any suggestions?
