This radio has an MC68HC11PA8 micro. Does anyone know if the processor is locked on this one. The number is 7 640 377 316.

That is why I asked if it was locked.

Not locked.
If i good remember you must lift up 25 pin to read in cirruct.

We may be able to read it through the back port. Just checking in case we need to bootstrap it.
