trouble with carprog and 09 Camry module

im using carprog to read and write SRS modules.
i clear the crash data on a 09 toyota camry 89170-06200, RA66.
when i want to write the clean data to the chip on board.. it writes the bad data back on. how do i make it not write the crash data back on board. even though i clean the data.

you have to remove the chip r66 and r86 chips wont write onboard

do you think if i remove the RA66 chip and write the clean data to the chip it will work? or i have to remove the r66?
so the clean data could stay on the RA66 chip.
