You need a new blank chip. Your chip is the OTP, one time programmable and cannot be erased. The new one can be either an OTP or the UV erasable if you could find one.

Hi M8, use a UV light for 15min. to erase it.
Good luck.

Oi, algumas dessas memorias s?o regrav?veis. Outras n?o.

Atmel AT27C512R-70JU is OTP EPROM, and can not be reprogrammed.

If you wan to program and read over and over again,
use the type of Erasable EPROM W27C512 Winbond production.

Hi all :hello:

32 PIN PLCC SOCKET ADAPTER
Model : PA32PL28D-YA

These adapters connect the pins of a 32 pin PLCC device to a 28 pin DIP equivalent.
They accept a PLCC device and plug into a DIP socket.

It depends on what the programmer is used. PLCC32-DIP(DIL)28 adapter is not compatible with Beeprog for 27C256/512 PLCC package because Beeprog maps pins 1:1, which means to 32 pin DIL, to be inserted into the ZIF socket. Or this adapter can be applicable with the PLCC32 package if the 'device' is selected as DIP28

The PLCC32-DIP(DIL)28 adapter should be the correct type for some programmer such as Willem.
