Hello everybody I have et2009c kg (SULTAN), recently I installed the SIS 2010, the first network installation all worked, I put the license key and it worked normally. Just that something strange is happening every time I enter the SIS program asks me to put the license key again. The license should not be permanent? Could someone help me?

Can't do m8. If you need only this engine model, You can order the Service Manual for particular engine model. If you want to know the Media number, just give me the Engine Serial number.

How many cds do you have? if only the first one, it is only for on-highway engines. You need all 9 for full SIS coverage.

You don't "install" them. You run them like a cd. What I did was make a vitual cd of the disk (I only needed on-highway) and when asked by SIS I inserted the vcd in the vcd drive. It works for me just great. With all the disks it is the same thing just choose what vcd you need (sis will tell you what cd is needed) and insert in vcd drive. Hope this helps.

Try this, go to the section of sis in your picture, click on the type of equiptment, a screen on the right will open, click on your prefix.(or enter prefix in the spot for it in the main page) it will take you the the main page. In the right column there is "basic search" click on that( it will tell you what cd you need), type what you are looking for and that should do it. Let me know.

I wonder if your problem is your licence key? Or .xml file?
There are different levels with different keys. If the .xml file don't include the right "stuff" it will limit your use. Lets try your licence first what is your code I have the KG for full serv dealer. And if that don.t work we will try a new .xml file.

Did you extract the archive files? Extract and make a vitual cd of the folder and burn it to the disk. Hope this helps.

I just uninstalled SIS2009B, and did a fresh installation of 2010A. But I cant get it to run now. I get this error message: "Could not authenticate SIS license. Please contact the SIS administrator.".......... then SIS shuts down.

All you need is SIS and DVD 1. You will find the C7 service info on
DVD 1. These are the links you require to install. It is worth the download.
Cat service information is extremely useful. I would recomend finding all
