Goodnight

sorry for this question and my language,

I have an original 5054a, which does not work with VasPC Vxx or VAS 5163, and wanted to ask a few questions:

- If I have these numbers on the adapter:
S # 0xxxxxxxx v2.05
Device # 0xxxx VW
where "x" are decimal numbers, how I can pass it or convert these numbers in ID?

- I've seen a lot of "Get VAS Id", for what use?
Thanks and sorry again

Bigs Greetings

xukin..
The number on your vas has nothing to do with registering your 'Software". Once you have a valid software, you can set up your interface.

the original VAS5054a one should work with the v18. The ID is not nessecary anymore.
You have to check if the hardware is detected (Edic hardware installation) and the software has found is (Edic software configuration).
