mini cooper immo off

Hi, does anyone knows how to eliminate the immo in a Mini cooper 1.6L of the 2000?

It uses a 27C1024 PROM.

The ECU part number is: MKC104292E.

I want to know if there is a way to disable, eliminate or re-align the ECU and the immo module because I need to replace the original ECM because it`s burned.
