I have not started Astra G 2001, in imo this write Transponder key 1 and status "Wrong TP-key". This need only recoding transponders, or must coding ecu Delco (make virgine ....) All is from this car, only battery go down and make this problem. In engine is not DTC in memory.

you should get away with just reprogramming key, but take key apart first and make sure chip has not fallen out, happens all the time on astra g keys

Transponder is OK (in reader type 40 crypt), but for codin transponder i have not login. I test use "crash eraser by smok", there is in opel DELCO function, but this only read only dumps with I set algo 1,3 and 5. Dump is different, and donot know if is login there (in this dumps). Can anybody calculate login from VIN, ir if open imobox ? I have gambit,if support this imobox, but with login and opcom is it easy maybe.

Car is start Ok now, only in ecu is DTC P0602 , wrong coding. If make coding in OPcom, DTC is there still :-(

P0602 is a configuration error, check programming something is not set correct
how did you get it to start 1st post picture shows immo function not programmed, meaning immo output not paired with engine ecu.
read tms chip from immo reader on igntion barrel and post and i`ll get login code so you can pair the units correctly

I have login from TMS and car start and run normal, good. Only in engine is P0602 ans engine lamp shine on instrument cluster. I test make coding engine variant and VIN in engine ecu, but without suces. Immo is without DTC now,and in engine is only this one fault.
If must make
reset immobiliser,
reset engine control module,
erase transponder keys with login, and make adaptation again, or is not possible with OP-COM

tis 2000 shows P602 as error in control module prgramming, do you have access to Tech II, perform SPS on engine ecu, reset ecu and then perform immo function programming, if fault still there suspect engine ecu fault.

Hello.
I have same car (astra g 2003 y17dt), with same problem:

P0602 - Control Module Programming Error
(00) - Present

P1614 - Wrong Transponder Key
(04) - Present

How I can fix this? Battery voltage is 11,5V Is that a problem?

the eculost memory configuration
if the ecu have hardware number is ok after program imobilisator functin, variant config and posibly sps all eror code dissapear
if not P0602 will remainin

I have the same problem.
I tried to reprogram the keys with OPCom, but the same error occurred: Wrong TP-Key.
What should I do?

Maybe reprogramming ECU with Tech2 will solve the problem?

REPROGRAMING ECU GALETO OR TECH 2 BATERY LOW ITS PROBLEM DUMP IS 25 C 320

Try to reprogram ECU with Tech 2.

MPPS will do the job?

Hi m8s,

In this Delco Diesel ECM ymmo pin code is in 25c320 eproom. As You know, is in hybrid and in-circuit dump reading is hard, some guys desoldering this smd component, but I would like build some jig or such adaprter to talk whith via programmer. What You think, is it possible? Someone tried do this?

Second thing is immo box with TMS370. As I proper understanding, in this uP contain also pin and PCF7935 send to TMS encrypted data, which is calculated and compared with 25c320 data. Please tell me proper way of ymmo in this Delco system, if I wrong.

And last thing is two DTC:
P0602 - Control Module Programming Error
P1610 - Immobiliser Function not Programmed

ECM is without immo box and keys, and I think was via OP-COM programmed. But I'm not sure.. When I'll buy used immobox with keys, What should I do - I have eprom programmer only and some software to modify dumps... Please help me.

Regards,
WW

MPPS will do the job?

MPPS doing bosch only

1 Read pin from tms immo
2 Put this dump to Ecu 25c320 virgin (clips in circuit read write ok)
3 Opcom variant coding ECU
4 Opcom special funcions immo -> reset immo and reset ecu
5 Opcom programing immo -> paired ecu and immo

100 procent tested :top:

Thanks for this steps.

So old PCF not paired with immobox will be paired after step 1 & 2 when I doing step 3,4,5?

another dump to tms (another car) PCF old should be paired

I have the same problem and the same fault code in engine ECU. Synchronised ECU with immo, car starts but MIL is on because of this P0602 err code. I have read eeprom using carprog and before the operation eeprom was empty, after synchro I get eeprom filled incompletely that I think causes appearing of P0602. Have enybody eeprom and flash of one ECU? How U guys solved problems?

Just do like Gregor30 say and all will work Ok after that...
you can use carprog to write eeprom...

Hi
I used this file with virgin eeprom, now ECU is paired with immo and no fault codes. But power steering pump is not working when I start the engine, but I guess is that because alternator is not charging and ECU doesnt allow pump to work in order to save car battery...

hi guys will carprog on bench connection be fine too write virgin eeprom file or through obd with carprog as i see it reads the eeprom when it pulls the pin thanks in advance
