noobie question on vivaro engine ecu,,

which chip inside engine ecu holds immo information
need to swap existing ecu for used unit, figure it`s easier to swap the immo chip from ecu-ecu than getting virgin file..thanks in advance

sometimes eeprom marked 95p08 in these ecus

I fitted a new one recently to a 2.0 m982r 2008 (edc16cp33?) and it states on the tech2 that new ones can be programmed once only.
It is based on the renault can system I think.
I may be proved wrong
