DM800 - DreamElite 1.3.3 - cannot install skin "dTV-HD"

One of the skins that was available to download from the plugins section when using the Jade3 image for the DM800 was called ""dTV-HD"
It is exactly what im after, but it is not listed to download from the plugin section when using Dream Elite 1.3.3

So i have tried to install it from 2 sources, once where i copied all the files manually and secondly i ran an install command from ipkg/telnet...
Both time when selecting the skin it just looped and gave me a green triangle at the top of the loading screen.

Is there a way to install this skin? do i need to download a specific skin for dreamelite images?

Ive just found that you can install this skin by instead of going through the plug-ins / skins menu, you can get more skins by going to software management
