Would like help with Scenic 98 Radio Code please

Hi and thanks for reading. Radio on 98 Renault Scenic has gone to "0000" after battery disconnected at garage. Have read a few threads so I know how to input, I would please like to know my code.

Its a Radio Sat 4000, Phillips 22 DC 449/ 62 L
Serial number is 7700 426 414 Y132 (also shown as 0132 at end on another label on the radio)

I hope this is the correct information, and thank you in advance for any help offered.
