2000 Mercury Cougar

Can somebody know how I can handle a 2000 Mercury Cougar I/P cluster to change a mileage value? The Mercury Cougar is the brand of Ford. I think this cluster use processor type mileage holding. What kind of programmer I have to use to change mileage on it? Please somebody help to me. Thank you very much for your time:banghead:

Use picture with scorpio cable and choose ford cougar in diga menu.
