CAT330c engine ECM clock change question

I use sultan2009 fpkg+ET2009B factory in order to change engine ECM clock , I input pw and press "OK" to input a new clock but ET shows " Not available" , clock remains before changed

ECM diagnostic clock can not be changed only machine hours, it is also held in other ecms on the machine.
