Mercedes 312d 2000 start problem

I have problem with mercedes 312d 2000, car not start, i think is immo problem but when i test diagnos on immo and say "no code". I have check 12v to diesel selenoid before diesel pump and is not 12v when i have ignition on, i try 12v direct to selenoid and car start so problem is 12v to selenoid. Is it mercedes start error problem?

I find what is wrong, my ecu is full with water and very defekt, 2 piece broken component, so i must fix a new box or used box.
I have take picture and my questions is if i can desolder this eeprom and solder on new box,have i move immo with this solution?

Hi Alfons37 for my experience ,if you desolder ( or reprogramming)all flash and eeprom on next used controller all will be good .No programming ,no match with immo.
